I have enlisted the services of Fresh Step for many years. Most recently, Nick came on May 21, 2024. He arrived promptly. He was very polite, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I gave him the list of rooms (area rug, carpets & tiles) to be cleaned. We walked through the house so could see the areas. Nick then moved some chairs & other items out of the way and promptly started spraying and cleaning all the areas promptly. In less than 2 hours, everything was cleaned and spotless. I plan to call Fresh Step back again in the fall and many times in the future. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs floors cleaned.
