They arrived within the time frame given. Friendly, professional service technicians. Answered questions and provided advice on my carpet care. I have to say that we are very pleased with the service from Fresh Step Carpet. We had an issue with our carpet and needed them cleaned quickly. Mark was great to talk with prior to the service, professional and friendly over the phone, and explained the services. We had them come to clear out our dryer vents and clean the carpet on our stairs and hallway. They looked brand new when they left!! Was worth every penny and they were fairly priced.
